摘 要:药食两用物质是传统作为食品,且列入《中华人民共和国药典》的物质。因其既有中药材的功效性,又有传统食品的安全性,在养生保健中发挥着重要作用,然而人们在临床应用过程中,往往过分强调其安全性,而忽略其应用原则、作用特点、应用形式以及饮食宜忌,造成食用无效甚至危害健康。文章在药食两用的概念与内涵基础上,提出药食两用物质需要在中医药理论指导下,运用中医辨证思维,辨证施食,合理配伍,因人因时因地制宜,把握其作用与特点,既彰显其中药的有效性,又能进一步确保作为食品应用的安全性,旨在为药食两用产品的规范化、现代化、国际化的健康发展提供建议与思路。Dual purpose substances for medicine and food are traditionally used as food and listed in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. Because it has both the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the safety of traditional food, it plays an important role in health care. However, in the process of clinical application, people often overemphasize its safety, ignoring its application principles, function characteristics, application forms and dietary taboos, resulting in ineffectiveness and even harm to health. Starting from the national policy level and based on the concept and connotation of dual-use of medicine and food, this paper puts forward that dual-use traditional Chinese medicine needs to use the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, select medicated diet with dialectical theory and reasonable compatibility, treat patients with adjusting measures by different people, time and local conditions, grasp its functions and characteristics, which can not only highlight the effectiveness of its traditional Chinese medicine, but also further ensure the safety of its application as food. This paper aims to provide suggestions and ideas for the healthy development of standardization, modernization and internationalization of dual-use products for medicine and food.
