摘 要:目的:采用顶空固相微萃取-气相质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析生白术与麸炒白术、土炒白术和蒸制白术3种白术炮制品挥发性成分的异同。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法提取不同白术炮制品的挥发性成分,并结合GC-MS对其挥发性成分进行分析与鉴定,色谱峰面积归一法确定各组分相对百分含量。结果:从白术及其3种炮制品中分离鉴定出36种成分。生品与土炒品、麸炒品、蒸制品的共有挥发性成分分别有16、15、18个。苍术酮、eudesma-4(14),11-diene、γ-榄香烯、β-瑟林烯、大根香叶烯B、β-石竹烯是白术和其炮制品挥发性成分的主要成分。经炮制后,与生白术比较,麸炒白术、土炒白术、蒸制白术均有成分新增和消失。结论:白术炮制品间挥发性成分的组成和含量有所差异,这些差异为白术的炮制机制解释和对白术的合理利用提供了物质基础。Objective: To analyze the similarities and differences of volatile components in raw Atractylodes macrocephala(AMR), bran-processed Atractylodes macrocephala, soil-processed Atractylodes macrocephala and steamed Atractylodes macrocephala by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS). Methods:The headspace solid phase microextraction method was used to extract the volatile components of different processed products of Atractylodes macrocephala, and combined with GC-MS to analyze and identify the volatile components. The chromatographic peak area normalization method was used to determine the relative percentage of each component. Results: A total of 36 ingredients were isolated and identified from Atractylodes macrocephala and its processed products. There were 16, 15, and 18 common volatile components in raw products, local fried products, bran fried products, and steamed products, respectively. Atractyline,eudesma-4(14),11-diene, γ-Elemene, β-eudesmene, Germacrene B, β-Caryophyllene are the main volatile components of AMR and its processed products. After processing, compared with raw Atractylodes, bran-fried Atractylodes, soil-fried Atractylodes,steamed Atractylodes have new ingredients and disappear. Conclusion: The composition and content of the volatile components of Atractylodes macrocephala and its processed products are different. These differences provide a material basis for the explanation of the processing mechanism of Atractylodes macrocephala and the rational use of Atractylodes macrocephala.
