中医体质学与心理问题成因相关性探析

摘　　要：近年来随着中医体质学研究的不断拓宽,跨学科发展成为体质学发展的新趋势,对中医体质心理的认识亦继古开今。多学科交叉是现代生物心理社会医学模式的发展需要,在重视维护身心健康的现代社会,心理健康也已成为现代生活、学习、就业中一项不可忽略的指标。基于此,文章分别介绍了中医体质心理,中医体质与临床心理学研究进展,并分别就中医体质角度研究抑郁症、焦虑症、恐怖症、精神分裂症、网络成瘾、自卑、人际关系敏感等几个心理问题进行汇总,以期为深入体质心理研究、创新中医诊疗模式、拓宽临床心理学辨识方法以及提供多角度心理干预方式提供参考。With the development of TCM constitution, interdisciplinary development has become a new trend of its development. The understanding of TCM constitution psychology inherits the ancient Chinese medicine thought, and develops with the development of TCM constitution. Interdisciplinary is the need of the development of modern biopsychosocial medical model. In the modern society which attaches importance to the maintenance of physical and mental health, mental health has become the standard of modern life, study and employment. This paper introduces the research progress of TCM constitution psychology, TCM constitution and clinical psychology. The research on depression, anxiety, phobia, schizophrenia, internet addiction inferiority and interpersonal sensitivity is also summarized from the perspective of TCM constitution. To deepen the research on TCM constitution psychology and to provide a reference for innovating the diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM, we wrote this paper to broaden the identification method of clinical psychology and provide multi-angle psychological intervention.
