摘　　要：通过研读中医古代医籍中关于“血气”和“气血”的论述,文章提出“血气即血之气,是有形血液之无形器用,是人身之元气”这一全新的血气概念,并从血气之成、血气之用、血气之伤、血气之治4个方面就其生理病理和临床意义做出阐释,希望能为中医肿瘤学理论建设提供思路和依据。By studying on ancient codes and records of Chinese medicine, this article purposes a whole new theory of Xue-Qi, that ‘Xue-Qi is the Qi of Xue, means the intangible function of tangible blood, and is the Yuan Qi of human’, explains its physiology and pathology significance from the generation of Xue-Qi, the application of Xue-Qi, the damage of Xue-Qi and the treatment of Xue-Qi, in order to provide thoughts and methods for Chinese medicine theory on oncology.
