摘  要:双温单控经济型风冷冰箱,冷藏风量相对偏少且不能智能适应冰箱运行工况的变化。夏季时因蒸发器结霜快而导致冷藏温度偏高的问题,使冷藏室食品储存保鲜质量下降。本文通过对冰箱在蒸发器霜堵时运行状况进行研究分析发现,采用根据冷藏间室上部温度值,智能调控冷藏风量和蒸发器化霜的方法,可以确保冷藏间室温度控制在合理范围内,避免出现冷藏上部温度偏高的问题。Dual-temperature and single-control economical air-cooled refrigerators have relatively little refrigeration air volume and cannot intelligently adapt to changes in refrigerator operating conditions.In summer,the refrigerator temperature is too high due to the rapid frost formation of the evaporator,which reduces the quality of food storage and preservation in the refrigerator.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the operation status of the refrigerator when the evaporator is blocked by frost,it is found that the method of intelligently regulating the refrigerating air volume and the defrosting of the evaporator according to the temperature value of the upper part of the refrigerating room can ensure that the temperature of the refrigerating room is controlled within a reasonable range.Avoid the problem of high temperature in the upper part of the refrigerator.
