摘 要:各平台装备在生产、运输、使用、和维修过程中,会遇到各种各样的冲击环境。目前,模拟冲击环境的试验方法有三种:一是标准脉冲冲击试验方法,事先规定冲击脉冲波形及其公带差;二是冲击响应谱试验方法,通过冲击响应谱来研究冲击对产品结构的损伤效果;三是特种冲击试验方法,通过规定冲击机及操作条件形成规范的试验程序。这三种模拟方法虽然实现的方式与试验机理不相同,但也存在着一定的联系。比如国家标准中已经将标准脉冲波形等效为无阻尼单自由度系统的冲击响应谱进行应用,另外国内某些单位已经依据三折线谱(冲击响应谱)为规范来验收冲击机,冲击响应谱试验技术已经得到了积极的推广并应用,并且是今后发展趋势下较为理想的试验方法。本文首先对冲击响应谱等效损伤原理进行了阐述分析,然后通过两个典型案例介绍了等效损伤原理的应用方法,为冲击响应谱试验方法的应用提供了参考。During the production,transportation,use,and maintenance process of each platform equipment,various shock environments will be encountered.At present,there are three test methods for simulating impact environment:The first is the standard pulse impact test method,which specifies the impact pulse waveform and its tolerance in advance;The second is the impact response spectrum test method,which is used to study the damage effect of the impact on the product structure through the impact response spectrum;The third is the special impact test method,which forms a standardized test procedure by specifying the impact machine and operating conditions.Although these three simulation methods are not realized in the same way as the experimental mechanism,they also have some connections.For example,the national standard has applied the standard pulse waveform equivalent to the shock response spectrum of the non-damping single degree of freedom system.In addition,some domestic units have accepted the shock machine according to the three-fold line spectrum(impact response spectrum)as the specification,and the impact response spectrum test technology has been actively promoted and applied.This paper first expounds and analyzes the equivalent damage principle of shock response spectrum,and then introduces the application method of the equivalent damage principle through two typical cases,which provides a reference for the application of the shock response spectrum test method.
