摘  要:针对航天发射高密度及应急航天发射需求增多现状,为满足航天器运输、快速响应的实际需求,提出并成功研制了一种航天器公路运输环境包装箱。本文介绍了航天器公路运输环境包装箱的组成与性能指标,及设备工作流程和方法,详细阐述了运输舱体、减振平台和监测系统等核心部分组成。依据技术性能指标要求,在实际运输道路上,运输车辆以60 km/h运输速度下,对航天器公路运输环境包装箱内部温度、湿度和垂向冲击加速度等基本性能指标进行现场检测,通过对性能检测结果分析表明,航天器公路运输环境包装箱温度、湿度和垂向冲击加速度均满足性能指标要求。In the view of the high density of space launch and the increasing demand for emergency launch,in order to meet the actual needs of spacecraft transportation and rapid response,the environment packing cabin for spacecraft road transportation is proposed and successfully developed.This paper introduces the composition and performance index of the environment packing cabin for spacecraft road transportation,as well as the equipment work flow and method,expounds in detail the core components of the transportation cabin,vibration damping platform and monitoring system.According to the technical index requirement,on the transportation vehicle carries out on-site inspection on the basic performance indexes such as internal temperature,humidity and vertical impact acceleration of the environment packing cabin for spacecraft road transportation at the transportation speed of 60 km/h.Through the analysis of the performance inspection results,it is shown that the temperature,humidity and vertical impact acceleration of the environment packing cabin for spacecraft road transportation meet the performance indexes requirements.
