摘 要:“校企合作、订单培养”是实践“产教深度融合校企协同育人”的有效途径,通过“订单培养”,校企双方共同建立“素养+技能”的人才培养机制,为订单企业培养量身定制高素质高技能人才,精准服务地方经济社会发展,有效促进人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧精准对接。以无锡科技职业学院村田订单班为例,介绍校企深入合作、开展“订单培养”的政策支持、主体动因、具体做法、成效、问题与对策等。School-enterprise cooperation and order training are the effective ways of practice the deep integration of industry and education and the collaborative education between schools and enterprises.Through order training,schools and enterprises jointly establish a talent training mechanism of“literacy+skills”,to cultivate high-quality and highly skilled talents tailored for targeted enterprises,accurately serve local economic and social development,and effectively promote the accurate connection between the talent training supply side and the industrial demand side.This paper takes the class designed to train talents for Wuxi Murata Electronics Co.Ltd in Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,introduces the policy support,subject motivation,specific practices,results,problems,and countermeasures of the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation and order training.
