摘　　要：提出了一种自动化测试电液伺服阀静态特性系统,具有操作简单,体积小,集成度高,通用性强等特点。该系统可根据被检测伺服阀型号以及所选信号类型,自动切换和输出匹配控制信号,进行电液伺服阀的静态性能测试,测试内容包括空载流量、压力增益、内泄漏等。Automatic test system for static characteristics of Electro-hydraulic Servo valve is proposed,which has the characteristics of simple operation,small volume,high integration and versatility.According to the type of the servo valve and the selected signal type,the static performance of the Electro-hydraulic Servo valve is tested by automatically switching and outputting the matching control signal.It includes no-load flow,pressure gain,internal leakage.
