摘　　要：针对捅风眼机在作业过程中存在的问题,经过原因分析,在滑座、导杆、气路系统、机架、传动系统五方面进行了分析及相应的优化改进。解决了该设备在运行中的问题,提高了生产效率同时大大降低了设备故障率。This report introduces optimization and innovation of five aspects including slides,guide rod,gas path system,rack and transmission system.The optimizations are made after analyzing cause and aim to solve the problems happening while tuyere punch operating.The problems are resolved and fault rate of equipment is drastically decreased after being optimized and innovated.
