摘　　要：针对目前高锰酸盐指数在线分析仪滴定结果易受浊度干扰、硫酸加入比例大等缺点,设计了一种新型的高锰酸盐指数在线分析仪自动滴定装置,并对滴定工艺条件进行了优化。确定最佳滴定条件如下:以汞-硫酸亚汞为参比电极、铂丝电极为指示电极的氧化还原电极电对自动判断滴定终点,硫酸加量为4 mL。在此条件下,可根据消解前反应液的氧化还原电位值判断进样体积是否准确,防止仪器空烧造成损坏,提高了高锰酸盐指数测定结果的准确性和仪器运行的安全性,此外,减少了硫酸用量并降低了废液酸度。该自动滴定装置具有模块化设计、成本低、精度高等优点,可以应用于新型高锰酸盐指数在线分析仪。In terms of the problem that the current on-line analyzer for permanganate index has the shortcomings of being easily disturbed by turbidity and large addition proportion of sulfuric acid,we designed a new type of automatic titration device of on-line analyzer for permanganate index,and optimized the titration process conditions.The optimal titration conditions are determined as follows:the redox electrode pair with mercury-mercurous sulfate electrode as the reference electrode and platinum wire electrode as the indicator electrode are adopted to automatically judge the titration end point,and the dosage of sulfuric acid is 4 mL.Under above conditions,the accuracy of the injection volume can be judged according to the redox potential value of the reaction solution before digestion,which can prevent the damage caused by empty burning of the instrument,thus the accuracy of the determination result of permanganate index and the safety of the instrument operation can be improved.In addition,the dosage of sulfuric acid is reduced and the acidity of the waste liquid is reduced.The automatic titration device has the advantages of modular design,low cost,and high precision,which can be applied in a new on-line analyzer for permanganate index.
