摘　　要：目的探究微创子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选取108例子宫肌瘤患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(54例,实施开腹子宫肌瘤切除术治疗)和试验组(54例,实施微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗),统计对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、手术时间、住院时间、出血量以及血清血红蛋白(Hb)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果试验组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、手术时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,出血量低于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清Hb水平均明显升高,且试验组高于对照组;血清P、FSH、LH水平均明显降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤有着显著的治疗效果,具有创伤性小、手术后恢复时间更短等优点,且能有效改善性激素水平。Objective To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 108 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and randomly divided into the control group(54 cases,treated by open myomectomy)and the test group(54 cases,treated by minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy),the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,operation time,hospitalization time,blood loss,and serum hemoglobin(Hb),progesterone(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,operation time and hospital stay in the test group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding was lower than that in the control group;compared with before treatment,the serum Hb levels in the two groups significantly increased after treatment,and the test group was higher than that in the control group;serum P,FSH and LH levels significantly decreased,and the test group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids has a significant therapeutic effect,has the advantages of less trauma,shorter recovery time after surgery,and can effectively improve the level of sex hormones.
