血清CA125检测联合PET/CT显像应用于早期卵巢癌的诊断研究

摘　　要：目的 分析早期卵巢癌诊断中血清CA125检测联合PET(正电子发射体层摄影术)/CT显像的应用价值。方法 分析于我院进行检查的疑似卵巢癌的卵巢病变患者基本资料,选择98例进行研究,对所有患者实施病理学检查、血清CA125检测、PET/CT显像检查,对比卵巢癌患者以及良性病变者临床数据,分析不同检测方法的诊断效能。结果 经病理学诊断,98例卵巢病变患者中64例为卵巢癌,34例为良性病变,其中卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平、SUV最大值明显高于良性病变患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清CA125检测联合PET/CT显像检测准确度、敏感性、特异性分别为90.81%、87.50%、97.06%,诊断效能显著高于单一检测,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清CA125检测联合PET/CT显像能够有效诊出早期卵巢癌,准确性高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application value of serum CA125 detection combined with PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of early ovarian cancer. Methods The basic data of patients with ovarian lesions suspected of ovarian cancer who were examined in our hospital were analyzed, and 98 cases were selected for study. To compare the clinical data of patients with ovarian cancer and patients with benign lesions, and analyze the diagnostic performance of different detection methods. Results After pathological diagnosis, 64 of the 98 patients with ovarian lesions were ovarian cancer and 34 were benign lesions. The serum CA125 level and the maximum SUV value of ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those of benign lesions, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). The accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of serum CA125 detection combined with PET/CT imaging were 90.81%, 87.50%, and 97.06%, respectively. The diagnostic efficiency was significantly higher than that of single detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum CA125 detection combined with PET/CT imaging can effectively diagnose early ovarian cancer with high accuracy and has clinical promotion value.
