摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与宫颈癌放化疗预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析本院治疗的100例宫颈癌患者的临床资料。根据随访情况,将疾病进展、死亡的患者纳为预后不良组,无病进展纳为预后良好组。分析NLR、PLR、RDW与宫颈癌放化疗预后的相关性。结果随访期间无病进展患者65例,疾病进展35例,其中死亡26例。预后不良组的NLR、PLR、RDW高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Spearman相关性分析,NLR、PLR、RDW与生存时间呈负相关,ROC曲线分析显示,NLR、PLR、RDW预测宫颈癌放化疗预后的曲线下面积分别为0.773、0.725、0.741。结论NLR、PLR、RDW与宫颈癌根治性放化疗的预后具有相关性,NLR、PLR、RDW水平越高,宫颈癌放化疗预后越差。Objective To investigate the correlation between NLR,PLR,RDW and prognosis of cervical cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 100 cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital retrospectively analyzed.According to the follow-up situation,patients with disease progression and death were included in the poor prognosis group,and no disease progression was included in the good prognosis group.The correlation between NLR,PLR,RDW and prognosis of cervical cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy was analyzed.Results During the follow-up period,65 patients had no disease progression,35 had disease progression,and 26 died.The NLR,PLR and RDW of the poor prognosis group were higher than those of the good prognosis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Using Spearman rank correlation analysis,NLR,PLR,RDW were negatively correlated with survival time.ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of NLR,PLR,and RDW for predicting the prognosis of cervical cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy were 0.773,0.725,and 0.741,respectively.Conclusion NLR,PLR,RDW are correlated with the prognosis of cervical cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The higher the NLR,PLR and RDW levels,the worse the prognosis of cervical cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
