探讨卵巢癌早期筛查中血清HE_(4)和CA125的检验价值

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢癌早期筛查中血清人附睾丸蛋白4(HE_(4))和癌抗原125(CA125)的检验价值。方法选取869例体检患者,其中827例接受血清CA125检测(CA125组),42例接受血清人附睾蛋白HE_(4)检验(HE_(4)组)。比较两组患者阳性检出率及表达水平。结果CA125组CA125水平平均为(43.26±10.28)pmol/L,HE_(4)组患者HE_(4)水平为(50.93±7.25)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA125组阳性90例,阴性737例,阳性检出率为10.88%(90/827),HE_(4)组阳性4例,阴性38例,阳性检出率为9.52%(4/42)。CA125组阳性患者CA125水平高于阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HE_(4)组阳性患者HE_(4)水平高于阴性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对卵巢癌早期筛查,HE_(4)与CA125检验各有优势,联合使用,可靠性更高,可更好提升早期筛查有效率,并能为疾病诊断、治疗及预后分析提供科学性依据。Objective To investigate the value of serum human testicular protein 4(HE_(4)) and cancer antigen 125(CA125)in early screening of ovarian cancer.Methods 869 physical examination patients were enrolled,of whom 827 were tested for serum CA125(CA125 group)and 42 for serum human epididymal protein HE_(4)(HE_(4)group).The positive detection rate and expression level were compared between the two groups.Results The average CA125 level in CA125 group was(43.26±10.28)pmol/L,and the average HE_(4) level in HE_(4) group was(50.93±7.25)pmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate was 10.88%(90/827)in CA125 group and 9.52%(4/42)in HE_(4) group.The level of CA125 in CA125 group was higher than that in CA125 group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HE_(4) in HE_(4) positive patients was higher than that in negative patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the early screening of ovarian cancer,HE_(4) and CA125 tests have their respective advantages.Combined use has higher reliability,which can better improve the effective rate of early screening and provide scientific basis for disease diagnosis,treatment and prognosis analysis.
