产业链“链主”企业生态主导力提升路径研究——以江苏为例

摘　　要：“链主”企业是在产业链中居于主导地位的企业,对于推动产业创新发展、整合产业链资源、带动产业链企业协同发展起着至关重要的作用。“链主”企业的作用集中表现为具有强大的生态主导力,包括产业协作整合力、技术创新引领力、目标市场创设、数字转型赋能能力。形成强大的生态主导力,需要良好的制度基础、产业基础和企业基础。江苏大力支持以领航企业为代表的“链主”企业发展,一批“链主”企业脱颖而出,生态主导力不断提升。本文提出需从链式合作、强化创新、塑造品牌、智改数转等方面进一步提升“链主”企业的生态主导力,并从精准识别、要素保障、金融服务等方面进一步完善“链主”企业培育机制,持续提升产业链现代化水平。The“chain owner”enterprise is a dominant enterprise in the industrial chain,which plays a vital role in promoting industrial innovation and development,integrating industrial chain resources and driving the coordinated development of industrial chain enterprises.The role of“chain owner”enterprises is concentrated in its strong ecological dominance,including industrial cooperation and integration,technological innovation leadership,targeted market creation and digital transformation empowerment.To form a strong ecological dominant force,we need a good institutional foundation,industrial foundation and enterprises foundation.Jiangsu strongly supports the development of“chain owner”enterprises represented by pilot enterprises,and a number of“chain owner”enterprises stand out,and their ecological dominance is constantly improving.This paper puts forward that it is necessary to further enhance the ecological dominance of“chain-owner”enterprises from the aspects of chain cooperation,strengthen innovation,brand building,intellectual and digital change,and further improve the cultivation mechanism of“chain owner”enterprises from the aspects of accurate identification,factor guarantee,and financial services,so as to continuously improve the modernization level of industrial chain.
