摘  要:为构建美丽乡村,全国各地都在积极推动造林绿化工程建设,在二氧化碳浓度增加和干旱化的全球环境变化背景下,研究干旱胁迫和二氧化碳浓度对树苗光合作用特性的影响具有重要的现实意义。以大兴区园林建设中杨柳、国槐、白蜡、油松4个树种为研究对象,探讨了二氧化碳浓度增加与干旱胁迫程度变化对光合作用速率、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度等光合作用特性的影响,结果表明:①树木叶片控制胞间二氧化碳浓度的方式是通过改变气孔数量实现的;②二氧化碳浓度提高能够削弱树木的干旱胁迫特性;③干旱胁迫程度逐渐增加时碳稳定同位素比率持续下降,表明光合作用特性变化不由气孔因素引起。以期为构建美丽乡村、造林绿化工程建设提供借鉴和参考。In order to build beautiful villages,all parts of the country are actively promoting the construction of afforestation projects.Under the background of the increase of carbon dioxide concentration and the global environmental change of drought,it is of great practical significance to study the effects of drought stress and carbon dioxide concentration on the photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings.Taking Willow,Sophora japonica,Ash and Pinus tabulaeformis as the research objects in the garden construction of Daxing District,this paper analyzes the effects of the increase of carbon dioxide concentration and the change of drought stress on the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and other photosynthetic characteristics,in order to provide reference for the construction of beautiful villages and afforestation projects.The following conclusions are drawn.①The control of intercellular carbon dioxide concentration in tree leaves is achieved by changing the number of pores;②The increase of carbon dioxide concentration can weaken the drought stress characteristics of trees;③When the degree of drought stress gradually increased,the carbon stable isotope ratio continued to decline,indicating that the changes in photosynthetic characteristics were not caused by stomatal factors.
