摘 要:多年来,反刍动物营养学家和微生物学家一直对调控瘤胃微生物生态系统以提高反刍动物的生产性能非常关注,抗生素离子载体等已成功应用于此目的。然而,自2006年欧盟开始全面饲料“禁抗”以来,学者们就一直在寻找替代品来调节瘤胃微生物种群以调节瘤胃发酵。在各种禁抗、减抗措施中,酵母成为研究的热点,其不仅能改变动物的免疫功能,还具有提高生产性能和改变新陈代谢的潜力。本文综述了活酵母对反刍动物瘤胃微生物组成、纤维消化能力、免疫功能、瘤胃pH值及挥发性脂肪酸生成的影响。For many years,ruminant nutritionists and microbiologists have been interested in regulating rumen microbial ecosystem to improve the production efficiency of ruminants.Antibiotic ionophores have been successfully used for this purpose.However,since January 2006,the EU has banned the use of antibiotics in animal feed because of the risk of spreading antibiotic resistance.For this reason,scholars have been looking for alternatives to regulate rumen microbial population to regulate rumen fermentation.Living yeast not only changes the immune function of animals,but also has the potential to improve performance and change metabolism.This paper reviews the effects of live yeast on rumen microbial composition,fiber digestion ability,immune function,rumen pH and volatile acid production of ruminants.
