摘  要:目的探讨在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科查体教学中应用以团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)的效果。方法选取2019年2—11月在西安交通大学第二附属医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科参与临床见习的75名本科生,教学内容为耳鼻咽喉头颈外科查体,随机分为TBL教学组和传统教学组,观察两组教学效果;通过问卷形式,对学生和观摩教师进行教学评价。结果TBL教学组学生理论成绩、操作成绩及总成绩均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生问卷显示,TBL教学组学生总体满意度高,在增强自主学习能力等诸多方面,满意度显著高于传统教学组;观摩教师问卷显示,大部分教师认为TBL教学法在活跃课堂气氛、锻炼学生团队合作能力等方面有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科查体见习教学中采用TBL教学法,效果优于传统教学法。Objective To explore the effect of team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in the education of specialist medical examination in Otolaryngology-Head&Neck Surgery.Methods Totally 75 trainee medical students from February to November 2019 were randomly divided into the TBL and traditional teaching groups.Teaching effects were objectively evaluated and compared by the score of theory and practice exams.As well as questionnaire investigations were made by students and observation teachers.Results The total score and scores of theory and operation tests in TBL group were significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to questionnaire investigations,students in the TBL group showed higher overall satisfaction in many aspects such as enhancing autonomous learning ability;questionnaire investigations made by observation teachers revealed that most teachers showed positive comments to TBL method,especially in terms of activating the class mood and training students'teamwork ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL teaching method could improve the theory and operation level of specialist medical examination in Otolaryngology-HNS.Students and teachers held positive comments to TBL method.
