摘 要:目的研究在QQ群平台进行教学活动记录在线共享是否有助于提高住院医师规范化培训学员的执业医师资格考试通过率。方法纳入遵义医科大学附属医院2018年7月—2020年8月在神经内科专业基地完成轮转,且在2019年、2020年参加执业医师资格考试的住院医师规范化培训学员,试验组使用QQ群进行教学活动记录共享,对照组不进行教学活动记录在线共享。比较两组学员的执业医师资格考试的通过率。结果2019年试验组纳入78名,其中73名通过执业医师资格考试,通过率93.6%;对照组纳入76名,其中63名通过执业医师资格考试,通过率82.9%,两组学员的通过率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2020年试验组纳入63名,其中62名通过执业医师资格考试,通过率98.4%;对照组纳入63名,其中55名通过执业医师资格考试,通过率87.3%,两组学员的通过率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用QQ群平台进行教学活动记录共享有助于提高住院医师规范化培训学员的执业医师资格考试通过率。Objective To study whether the QQ group sharing of teaching activity records is helpful to improve the pass rate of national medical licensing examination of residents of standardized residency training.Methods The residents in standardized residency training who rotated in the neurology department from July 2018 to August 2020,and took the national medical licensing examination in 2019 and 2020 were included.The experimental group used QQ group to share teaching activity records,while the control group did not utilize the online sharing.The pass rate of national medical licensing examination of the two groups was compared.Results In 2019,there were 78 residents in the experimental group,73 of whom passed the national medical licensing examination,with a pass rate of 93.6%;among 76 patients in the control group,63 passed the national medical licensing examination,with a pass rate of 82.9%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 2020,there were 63 residents in the experimental group,62 residents passed the national medical licensing examination,with a pass rate of 98.4%;63 residents were included in the control group,55 of whom passed the national medical licensing examination,with a pass rate of 87.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of QQ group to share teaching activity records online is helpful to increase the pass rate of the national medical licensing examination in residents of standardized residency training.
