摘  要:目的本研究拟探讨微型临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)教学对心血管内科本科实习生临床能力的影响。方法研究纳入2021年6月—2022年5月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心临床实习的100名本科临床医学生,再将这100名学生随机分为对照组(50名)和试验组(50名)。对照组根据新疆医科大学第一临床医学院实习带教要求进行传统教学方式带教,试验组在对照组的基础上每周额外增加2次Mini-CEX带教。见习结束后,采用Mini-CEX评分表进行学生自评分,并且完成教学满意度调查,分别比较两组带教效果及教学满意度的差异。结果试验组学生在病史采集、体格检查、疾病诊治及人文关怀这4各方面的能力均高于对照组学生,且试验组学生较对照组对教学的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组及对照组在沟通技巧方面差别不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在心血管内科临床实习实践中,接受了Mini-CEX教学的试验组学生的临床实践能力高于对照组学生,Mini-CEX教学可以帮助学生提升临床实践能力。Objective To explore the effect of mini clinical exercise assessment(Mini-CEX)teaching on the clinical ability of undergraduate interns in cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 100 undergraduate clinical medical students who worked as clinical interns in the Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2021 to May 2022 were included in the study.The 100 students were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50).The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods according to the requirements of practice teaching in the first Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University,while the experimental group was given additional Mini-CEX teaching twice a week on the basis of the control group.After the end of the trainee,the students were graded by the Mini-CEX score form,and the teaching satisfaction survey was completed,and the differences of teaching effect and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The abilities of the students in the experimental group in medical history collection,physical examination,diagnosis and treatment of diseases and humanistic care were higher than those in the control group,and the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with teaching than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in communication skills between the test group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical practice of cardiovascular medicine,the clinical practice ability of the students in the experimental group who received Mini-CEX teaching is higher than that of the control group.Mini-CEX teaching can help students to improve their clinical practice ability.
