摘　　要：经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)已形成一套完整的理论体系以及二十种不同术式,但术中操作如何遵循“无菌无瘤”原则是持续存在争议的话题。本文根据笔者中心的临床实践经验,结合国内外文献报道,就NOSES规范化“无菌无瘤”操作的相关问题进行综述,以期为NOSES的临床实践提供参考。For the past few years,a complete theory and twenty different procedures have been developed for natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES).However,ensuring aseptic and tumor-free procedure in NOSES remains to be a controver⁃sial topic.Based on the clinical practice experience of the author’s centre,combined with domestic and foreign literature re⁃ports,this paper reviews the issues related to the standardized aseptic and tumor-free procedure in NOSES,in order to provide reference for the clinical practice of NOSES.
