摘 要:以番茄(Solanum lycopersicum L.)为实验材料,通过水培实验研究了镉(Cadmium,Cd)胁迫下外源喷施茉莉酸甲酯(Methyl jasmonate,MeJA)与接种根际促生菌鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas sp.D36)对番茄幼苗镉毒性及镉累积的影响.结果表明,MeJA、D36单独或联合处理处理显著缓解了Cd对番茄幼苗的生长抑制,番茄幼苗的根长、株高、鲜重和干重显著提高.其中,Cd+MeJA+D36处理下番茄地上部与地下部的干重分别增加了35.54%和44.62%.与单独Cd胁迫相比,Cd+MeJA+D36处理提高了番茄叶片光合色素含量,降低了丙二醛含量(p<0.05).同时,番茄幼苗中的抗氧化酶活性也受MeJA和D36的影响,Cd+MeJA+D36处理的番茄地下部SOD和APX活性分别升高了28.17%和44.89%,地上部POD活性增加25.58%.此外,与单独Cd处理相比,Cd+MeJA+D36处理使得番茄根、茎、叶中的Cd含量分别降低了18.57%,15.49%和44.80%.上述结果表明,MeJA和D36可通过调节抗氧化酶活性和降低番茄Cd吸收,减轻Cd对番茄植株的毒害作用,缓解Cd对植物的生长抑制.本研究为利用MeJA和根际促生菌缓解番茄重金属胁迫提供理论依据和实践指导,为建立植物生长调节剂和细菌辅助治理重金属毒害的途径提供了依据.In this study,a hydroponic experiment was performed to investigate the effects of exogenous methyl jasmonate(MeJA)and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(Sphingomonas sp.D36)on cadmium toxicity and cadmium accumulation of tomato plants.The results showed that MeJA,D36 alone or their combination significantly alleviated the Cd-induced growth inhibition of tomato seedlings,and increased the root length,plant height,fresh weight and dry weight of tomato plants,especially that Cd+MeJA+D36 increased the dry weight of aboveground and underground parts by 35.54%and 44.62%,respectively.Cd+MeJA+D36 inoculation increased photosynthetic pigment content in tomato leaves and decreased malonyldialdehyde level in tomato roots as compared with Cd-stressed plants(p<0.05).Meanwhile,the activities of SOD and APX increased by 28.17%and 44.89%in the underground part,and the activities of POD increased by 25.58%in the aboveground part.In addition,the Cd content in roots,stems and leaves decreased by 18.57%,15.49%and 44.80%,respectively.Taken together,the results showed that MeJA and D36 could alleviate the Cd toxicity in tomato plants by enhancing antioxidant response and decreasing the uptake of Cd.This study provids theoretical basis and practical guidance for applying MeJA and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria to alleviate heavy metal stress in tomato plants,it also provid a basis for establishing a way of using plant growth regulators and bacteria to control heavy metal toxicity.
