金陵医派的肇始:以南京地区世医研究为中心

摘　　要：基于南京地区地方志及相关目录学著作、古籍文献,梳理南京地区世医家族链,认为金陵医派的肇始与南京地区的世医传承关系密切,世医是其形成与特色发展的重要基石。并提出南京地区世医具有移民多,儒医多,学术包容、实用而创新,但传承谱系欠清、医著散佚严重的特点,对金陵医派的形成具有重要的影响。Based on the local chronicles of Nanjing,related bibliography and ancient documents,the family chain of hereditary doctors in Nanjing was sorted out,and it was concluded that the origin of the Jinling medical school was closely related to the heritage of hereditary doctors in Nanjing.Thus,hereditary doctors were an important cornerstone of its formation and characteristic development.It is also suggested that Nanjing's hereditary medical practice was characterized by a large number of immigrants,and doctors influenced by Confucianism,with inclusive,practical and innovative academic attitudes,while the genealogy of hereditary medicine is not clear,and the medical writings are seriously scattered.In conclusion,the above characteristics have an important influence on the formation of the Jinling medical school.
