摘  要:针对海上风电经柔性直流送出系统中陆上主网交流系统故障时,因柔直系统无法主动调节系统输送的有功功率、风电机组调节过慢而导致的直流侧过压问题,实际工程中采用耗能装置进行辅助调节。首先,对几种耗能系统的经济、技术上的优缺点进行了对比,并提出了直流侧集中式耗能装置的控制策略;接着,基于耗能装置在主网故障期间可协调直流电压控制的特点,设计了可充分利用耗能装置与陆上换流器的协调配合策略;然后,针对陆上换流器在主网故障期间主动采用动态无功支撑技术,以助力主网交流电压进行了研究,构建了主网故障时的直流耗能装置与陆上换流器联合控制策略;最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台中搭建了海风柔直的电磁暂态模型,针对不同功率水平、不同类型故障进行了仿真,验证了所提耗能装置控制策略、陆上换流器动态无功支撑策略的有效性。In view of DC side over-voltage problem caused by the failure of the offshore wind MMC-HVDC system,as the flexible DC system can't actively adjust the active power transmitted by the system,and wind turbines is adjusted too slow,so energy-consuming devices are used for auxiliary adjustment in practical projects.Firstly this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of several energy-consuming systems in terms of economy and technology,and puts forward control strategies for DC side centralized energy-consuming devices.Then,based on the feature that the energy-consuming device can coordinate DC voltage control during the main network failure,a coordinated and cooperative strategy is designed to make full use of the energy-consuming device and the onshore converter.Further,the active use of dynamic reactive power support technology in onshore converter during the main network failure to assist the AC voltage of the main network is studied,and the combined control strategy of DC energy consumption device and onshore converter during the main network failure is constructed.Finally,the electromagnetic transient model of offshore MMC is built in PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform,and different types of AC faults at different power levels are simulated to verify the validity of the control strategy of energy-consuming devices and the dynamic reactive power support strategy of land converter.
