大鼠后肢缺血程度与其血氧饱和度的变化研究

摘  要:目的探讨肢体缺血程度与血氧饱和度之间的联系,对临床手部血管损伤、肢体末梢缺血起到早发现,早评估,提高手外伤治愈率,降低致残率的目的。方法本研究分为两组,空白组及实验组,每组选取20只3月龄SD雄性大鼠,实验组通过结扎、离断右侧髂股动脉分支后直接结扎、切除股动脉及其分支建立急性缺血大鼠后肢模型,并每6小时检测其右后肢远端血流灌注情况及血氧饱和度,持续监测48小时。空白组不做处理,同时期检测其右后肢血流灌注情况及血氧饱和度。结果实验组血流灌注度及血氧饱和度随着术后时间延长,其逐渐下降,有统计学意义,随血流灌注度下降,血氧饱和度呈下降趋势。结论血氧饱和度对于评价患肢缺血状态有重要意义,应作为临床评价手外伤血管损伤的一个评价指标。Objective To explore the relationship between the degree of limb ischemia and blood oxygen saturation,and to improve the cure rate of hand trauma and reduce the disability rate.Methods 203-month-old SD male rats were selected in two groups,blank group and experimental group.The model of acute ischemic rats was established by ligation and direct ligation of right iliofemoral artery branch and removal of femoral artery and its The blank group was not treated and its right posterior was detected at the same time Limb blood perfusion and oxygen saturation.Results Blood perfusion degree and blood oxygen saturation decreased gradually with the time of operation.Conclusion Blood oxygen saturation is important to evaluate the ischemic state of the affected limb,and it should be used as an evaluation index to evaluate the vascular injury of hand trauma.
