摘 要:通过测定芙利亚对黑胸散白蚁的室内毒力和芙利亚在黑胸散白蚁中的传递性,明确芙利亚在白蚁防治中的开发方向。触杀结果显示0.4 ppm芙利亚处理5天后黑胸散白蚁校正死亡率达到100%,胃毒结果显示64 ppm芙利亚处理5天后黑胸散白蚁校正死亡率达到100%;趋避结果显示64 ppm芙利亚处理8小时后对黑胸散白蚁无明显的趋避作用;毒性传递结果显示致死剂量的芙利亚可以在黑胸散白蚁的工蚁间传递。上述结果表明芙利亚既可作白蚁预防药剂,又可开发为白蚁诱杀药剂。By measuring toxicity of Broflanilide against R.chinensis under laboratory conditions and transmission of Broflanilide against R.chinensis,this paper clarified the development direction of Broflanilide in termite control.The contact poison(w)results showed that the corrected mortality reached 100%after 5 days of treatment with 0.4 ppm Broflanilide,the stomach toxicity results showed that the corrected mortality reached 100%after 5 days of treatment with 64 ppm Broflanilide;the repellent results showed 64 ppm broflanilide had no repellent effect against R.chinensis after an 8 h treatment;the toxicity transfer results showed that lethal dose of Broflanilide could be transmitted between workers of R.chinensis.The above results indicated that Broflanilide can be developed as both preventing termiticides and trapping termiticides.
