FNDC5/Irisin、NEDD9在胰腺癌组织中的表达及给予白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合吉西他滨治疗的预后观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅲ型纤连蛋白组件包含蛋白5(FNDC5/Irisin)、神经前体细胞表达发育下调9(NEDD9)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及给予白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合吉西他滨治疗的预后。方法分别采集100份胰腺癌组织、癌旁组织及良性肿瘤组织,检测NEDD9及FNDC5/Irisin阳性表达率,分析与病理的关系。针对胰腺癌给予治疗,观察疗效、不良反应。结果胰腺癌组织FNDC5/Irisin、NEDD9表达阳性率高于癌旁组织、良性肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期及分化程度胰腺癌组织中NEDD9表达阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,胰腺癌患者FNDC5/Irisin、NEDD9阳性率分别下降至12.0%、15.0%,治疗总有效率为62.0%,但需加强用药不良反应监测。结论FNDC5/Irisin、NEDD9在胰腺癌组织中呈高表达,与病理特征相关;联合用药能降低胰腺癌患者FNDC5/Irisin、NEDD9表达,改善预后。Objective To explore the expressions of fibronectin typeⅢcomponent containing protein 5(FNDC5/Irisin)and down-regulated neural progenitor cell expression and development 9(NEDD9)in pancreatic cancer tissues and prognosis of treatment with albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with gemcitabine.Methods 100 pancreatic cancer tissues,paracancerous tissues and benign tumor tissues were collected respectively.The positive expression rates of NEDD9 and FNDC5/Irisin were detected,and the correlation with pathology was analyzed.Pancreatic cancer was treated,and the efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results The positive expression rates of FNDC5/Irisin and NEDD9 in pancreatic cancer tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues and benign tumor tissues(P<0.05).Statistical difference was found in the NEDD9 positive expression rate in pancreatic cancer tissues of different TNM stages and degrees of differentiation(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rates of FNDC5/Irisin and NEDD9 in pancreatic cancer patients decreased to 12.0%and 15.0%,respectively,and the total effective rate was 62.0%.But the monitoring of adverse drug reactions should be strengthened.Conclusions FNDC5/Irisin and NEDD9 are highly expressed in pancreatic cancer tissues,which are related to pathological features.Combined medication can reduce the expressions of FNDC5/Irisin and NEDD9 in patients with pancreatic cancer and improve the prognosis.
