摘　　要：目的:建立莲子中10种真菌毒素的UHPLC-MS/MS测定法。方法:样品经70%甲醇提取,经固相萃取净化后,采用UHPLC-MS/MS法检测。结果:10种真菌毒素在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均不小于0.990,精密度及稳定性均符合要求。结论:该方法可用于莲子中10种真菌毒素的测定。Objective:To establish a UHPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of 10 mycotoxins in nelumbinis semen.Methods:The samples were extracted with 70%methanol,purified by solid phase extraction,and detected by UHPLC-MS/MS.Results:The linearity of the 10 mycotoxins in their concentration range was good,the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.990,and the precision,accuracy and stability all met the requirements.Conclusion:This method can be used for the determination of 10 mycotoxins in nelumbinis semen.
