摘　　要：值此中国共产党建党100周年之际,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对习近平关于体育工作重要论述的旨归、缘起和时代价值进行系统梳理具有一定的理论意义和时代价值,以期为我国体育事业发展指明前进方向,提供发展动力。习近平关于体育工作的重要论述体现了“人民至上”的旨归,以马克思主义体育思想的中国化和中国历代国家领导集体的体育思想为演进逻辑,回应了当代体育发展的现实需要。习近平关于体育工作的重要论述是中国体育改革发展的根本遵循和行动指南,是新时代体育发展的伟大战略布局,为健康中国提供科学指引,是构建新型国际关系与人类命运共同体的有效途径,更是深入贯彻新发展理念的时代需要。On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,it is of certain theoretical significance and value of the times to systematically sort out Xi Jinping’s important discourse on sports work,origin and value of the times by using literature,logical analysis and other research methods,in order to point out the way forward for the development of China’s sports and provide impetus for development.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important treatises on sports work reflect the core and purpose of“people first”,and take the Sinicization of Marxist sports view and the sports thoughts of Chinese national leadership collectives in past dynasties as the evolution logic.It responds to the realistic needs of contemporary sports development.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on sports work is the fundamental follow-up and action guide for China’s sports reform and development,a great strategic layout of sports development in the new era,an effective guarantee for the implementation of a healthy China strategy,an effective way to build a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for humanity,and a need of the times to thoroughly implement the new development concept.
