摘  要:叉头框蛋白家族通过与脱氧核糖核酸结合,对目的基因转录活性发挥抑制或激活作用,在胞信号转导细胞周期及新陈代谢中起到调控作用,目前已有19个亚族,在生物体发育和成熟的器官中发挥广泛功能。其中,叉头框蛋白P3、叉头框蛋白O3及叉头框蛋白M1与胶质瘤发生、发展关系紧密。目前,胶质瘤患者生存期限较短,是颅内恶性肿瘤之一,临床上尚无确切治疗方法,现就叉头框蛋白特性、功能与调节机制进行综述。The forkhead box protein family inhibited or activated the transcriptional activity of the target gene by binding to deoxyribonucleic acid and played a role in the regulation of the cell cycle and metabolism of cellular signal transduction.Currently,there were 19 subfamilies that play a wide range of functions in the organs of organism development and maturation.Among them,fork box protein P3,fork box protein O3 and fork box protein M1 were closely related to glioma occurrence and development.At present,glioma had a short survival period and was one of the intracranial malignant tumors,but no exact treatment was found in clinical practice.The characteristics,function and regulatory mechanism of brain box protein were reviewed.
