摘 要:为探明粉葛形态发育过程和干物质积累分配规律,进一步优化改进粉葛栽培措施提供理论基础,设置田间试验,研究不同生长时间粉葛植株生长状态和干物质积累分配规律。结果表明,在75~115 d期间,粉葛主茎长、茎粗、叶面积指数及茎叶鲜重增长速度最快,在155~195 d期间,粉葛根鲜重增长速度最快,达14.34 g/d;粉葛叶、茎干物质积累量均在生长155 d时达最大值,分别为232.42 g和331.62 g,而根在生长195 d时达最大值378.45 g;叶干物质分配在生长第75 d时最高,为55.59%;茎在生长115 d时最高,达51.22%,而根在生长195 d时最高,达49.55%;叶干物质积累速率在75~115 d期间达最大值(2.92 g/d),茎在115~155 d期间达最大值(4.02 g/d),而根在生长195 d时达最大值(5.02 g/d)。综上,粉葛在前期以叶为生长中心,中期逐渐由叶转换为茎,而在生长后期则以根为生长中心。The morphological development process and dry matter accumulation and distribution law of Pueraria thomsonii were investigated to provide theoretical basis for further optimization and improvement of cultivation measures of Pueraria pueraria.A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different growth time on plant growth status and dry matter accumulation.The results showed that the main stem length,stem diameter,leaf area index and stem and leaf fresh weight of Pueraria thomsonii increased fastest during 75-115 days,and the root fresh weight increased fastest during 155-195 days,reaching 14.34 g/day.The maximum dry matter accumulation of leaves and stems was 232.42 g and 331.62 g,respectively,when the growth time was 155 days,while the maximum dry matter accumulation of roots was 378.45 g when the growth time was 195 days.The highest dry matter distribution was 55.59%at the 75 th day of growth for leaves,51.22%at the 115 th day of growth for stems,and 49.55%at the 195 th day of growth for roots.The maximum dry matter accumulation rate was 2.92 g/day for leaves,4.02 g/day for stems,and 5.02 g/day for roots during 75-115 days.In conclusion,the growth center of Pueraria thomsonii was leaf in early stage,then changed from leaf to stem in middle stage,and root was the growth center in late stage.
