摘 要:针对液压挖掘机驾驶舱内的阶次噪声污染问题,本文建立了一种窄带主动噪声控制系统(active noise control,ANC)。该系统在传统窄带ANC算法的基础上提出延时陷波算法,即建立延时点数次级通路模型,在进行参考信号滤波过程中以索引延时点数的操作替代卷积计算,使系统计算效率得到提升;对于驾驶舱内不相关频率成分的通带干扰影响,引入二级自适应陷波滤波器以增强系统稳定性;通过数值仿真分析与台架实验,验证了该系统在干扰下的降噪性能,并进行驾驶舱次级声源布放策略分析和搭载ANC台架的实机实验,实现稳态工况下发动机二、四、六阶14.83 dB(A)、20.82 dB(A)和19.43 dB(A)的降噪量,结果表明该系统在真实复杂环境中具有一定的实用性;进一步对比该系统与有源降噪耳机和被动降噪技术发现,本文所提的主动噪声控制系统在工程应用中有着较好的实用意义和发展前景。In this paper,a narrowband active noise control(ANC)system is established to deal with engine order noise pollution in the hydraulic excavator cabin.The system incorporates a delay notch algorithm proposed based on the conventional narrowband ANC algorithm,which established a secondary path model with delay points.The system replaces the convolution calculation with the operation of indexing delay points in the process of filtering reference signals,which improves the computational efficiency.For the passband interference of irrelevant frequency components in the cabin,a two-stage adaptive notch filter was introduced to enhance the stability of the system.Numerical simulation analysis and bench experiments verified the noise reduction performance of the system under interference.The secondary sound source placement strategy analysis was also carried out together with the real machine experiment with ANC bench.The results show that noise of the second,fourth and sixth orders of the engine is lowered by 14.83 dB(A),20.82 dB(A)and 19.43 dB(A)respectively under steady state condition.The indicates that the system has certain practicability in the real-world complex environment.The system was also further compared with active noise reduction headphones and passive noise control technology.It is found that the active noise control system proposed in this paper has good practical significance and development prospects in engineering applications.
