摘　　要：目的:分析发生于颞下颌关节(TMJ)下腔的滑膜软骨瘤病(SC)临床及影像学特征,为发生于TMJ下腔的SC诊断及治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性研究4例TMJ下腔SC的患者并回顾相关文献,对TMJ下腔SC的临床表现、影像检查、治疗等进行概括总结。结果:TMJ下腔SC好发于女性,常见临床症状包括关节区疼痛、肿胀,张口受限,关节杂音、弹响等,影像学表现为关节下腔积液及游离体,同时可伴有髁突硬化、髁突破坏等。结论:TMJ下腔的SC相对罕见,术前CT及MRI检查有助于判断SC病变范围,进而决定手术的方法。Objective:To investigate the clinical and imaging features of synovial chondromatosis(SC)in the inferior compartment of temporomandibular joint(TMJ).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 4 patients with SC in the inferior compartment of TMJ,and the relevant literature was reviewed to summarize the clinical manifestations,imaging examination and treatment.Results:The most cases of SC in the inferior compartment of TMJ are the females,and the clinical signs including pain,limited mouth opening,preauricular swelling and crepitation or clicking sound when opening the mouth.The imaging characteristics are syvnovial fluid and loose bodies in the inferior compartment of TMJ,accompanied by osteosclerosis or bone destruction of condyle.Conclusion:It is relatively rare of SC in the inferior compartment of TMJ.CT and MRI are helpful to estimate the involved structures of SC and to determine the method of operation.
