摘　　要：上颌前牙缺失后唇侧骨板易吸收,恢复缺牙区骨弓轮廓,并重建软组织的形态是实现前牙区种植美学的关键。本文报告并分析1例典型上颌前牙缺失的种植修复病例,通过联合引导骨组织再生术、二期手术U型瓣、动态加压技术,以及个性化印膜技术等分阶段最终实现了满意的种植美学效果,1年后随访美学效果稳定。The labial alveolar bone plate is prone to absorption after the missing of maxillary anterior teeth.Restoration of the contour of bone arch and soft tissue in the edentulous zone is the key to achieve aesthetic effect of anterior implant restoration.This article reports and analyzes a typical case of implant restoration of a missing maxillary anterior tooth,satisfactory aesthetic results were obtained through the combination of localized bone augmentation by GBR,U-shaped flap in second-stage surgery,soft tissue conditioning by gradual pressure,and custom impression coping technique.
