摘  要:产业关键共性技术事关国家产业链的韧性和安全性。以创新引领为理论基础,以方大炭素突破碳素材料等产业关键共性技术为案例,深入分析其内在机理和微观机制。结果发现:创新引领突破产业共性技术的机制主要包括创新引领为核心的认知与战略重构机制、知识积累为核心的自主创新能力提升机制、以及红色基因为核心的文化驱动机制。(1)创新引领为核心的创新认知与战略重构机制包括企业创新战略选择、组织惯例更新、员工创新认知建设3个步骤。(2)自主创新能力提升机制包括知识的外部搜寻获取与知识的内部转化重组。(3)红色基因为核心的文化驱动机制是以“活化”红色资源、传承红色传统和强化红色基因为主要形式,激发全员将社会责任和国家责任融入创新的动力,促进了企业整体能够均衡自身经济价值和社会价值的能力,驱动企业基于长期主义突破产业关键共性技术。Whether the key core technology can break through independently is an important yardstick to measure the self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology. Industrial key common technology(IKCT)is a kind of key core technology. It has the overall attribute of key core technology and the particularity of common technology. Its characteristics are large research and development difficulty, long research and development cycle, high spillover effect, high research and development risk and huge market potential. It is an important basis for the development of other related industries. Therefore, IKCT is related to the toughness and security of the national industrial chain. However, the current academic research on key core technologies, including IKCT, is lack of the unified innovation paradigm or innovation system,so that the analysis logic and research conclusions are fragmented.Based on the case of Fangda Carbon, through coding and theoretical dialogue, this paper extracts the mechanism of breaking through IKCT, mainly including the cognitive and strategic reconstruction mechanism with Innovation Leading as the core, the independent innovation capability improvement mechanism with knowledge accumulation as the core, and the cultural driving mechanism with red gene as the core.(1)The cognitive and strategic reconstruction mechanism includes three steps: the choice of enterprise innovation strategy, the renewal of organizational practice and the construction of employees’ innovation cognition. Among them, the establishment of entrepreneurs’ awareness of "innovation leadership" and the appeal of "innovation leadership" under the pressure of the integration and survival of senior management team’s innovation cognition are not only the process of establishing the innovation strategy of IKCT, but also the premise of the cognitive and strategic reconstruction mechanism.
