新时代诚信研究范式重构及经济高质量发展诚信原动力研究

摘　　要：经济活动和制度都是人来参与、制定、实施的,提升自然人主体的诚信意识,是规范信用秩序和实现经济高质量发展的关键。当前经济学界对诚信问题的研究,多从新古典假设前提出发,从物质利益的成本收益来分析诚信的价值。这种研究范式无法激发诚信的原动力。中华优秀传统文化中的诚信观,基于“天人合一”的理念,揭示了完善心智模式和自利最大化的根本路径。中华优秀传统文化的诚信观指出,“信”的基础是“诚”,而“诚”的本质是心智模式的完善。人们在经济活动中的诚信行为,除了基于物质利益和声誉等外在利益的原因,还有一种出于完善自身心智模式的内生的动力,这是自然人主体和各类主体在市场经济中保持和提升诚信水平的原动力。这种诚信原动力不仅可以解决信用秩序的瓶颈,还可以促进创新驱动的经济高质量发展。因为心智模式的完善积累到一定阶段后会发生突破,体现为认知、意志力等全方位的提升。这种提升在以后的经济活动中自然体现出更高的理性水平和资源整合能力,呈现出熊彼特式的“创新”。诚信激发创新,而创新又驱动中国市场经济高质量发展,最后高质量发展的成果再加厚诚信的原动力,由此可以演化出新时代的“诚信-创新-高质量发展-诚信深化”之路。Economic activities and systems are all participated in,formulated and implemented by people.Enhancing the integrity awareness of natural person is the key to regulating credit order and achieving high-quality economic development.At present,the research on honesty and credit in the economic circle mostly starts from the premise of neoclassical hypothesis and analyzes the value of honesty and credit from the cost-benefit of material interests.This research paradigm cannot stimulate the motive force of honesty.The concept of integrity in Chinese excellent traditional culture explains the driving force of trustworthiness and innovation.The concept of honesty and credit in Chinese excellent traditional culture is a theory centered on the improvement of people’s own mental model.Based on the concept of“harmony between heaven and man”,it reveals people’s multi-level mental model and the fundamental path to maximize self-interest.The concept of honesty and credit in Chinese excellent traditional culture points out that the foundation of“credit”is“honesty”,and the essence of“honesty”is the perfection of the mental model.In addition to the external interests such as material interests and reputation,people’s integrity behavior in economic activities also has an endogenous motive force for improving their own mental model,which is the motive force for natural persons and various subjects to maintain and improve their integrity level in the market economy.This kind of good faith motive force can not only solve the bottleneck of credit order,but also promote the highquality development of economy.After accumulation to a certain stage,a breakthrough will occur,which is reflected in the all-round improvement of cognition,willpower and so on.The internal breakthrough naturally reflects a higher level of rationality and resource integration ability in future economic activities,showing Schumpeter style“innovation”.Integrity inspires innovation,which in turn drives the high-quality development of China�
