摘 要:为促进交通建设与区域经济一体化发展,以山东省为例,结合现阶段交通与经济的发展现状,构建区域经济规模水平模型与交通可达性模型,并分别利用主成分分析法和客观赋权法确定不同指标系数,借助耦合协调测度方法,探讨两者的交互关系。研究结果表明,山东省交通可达性与地区经济发展水平的协调性不断提高,其中,青岛、烟台、济南三地处于优质协调阶段,但也存在个别区域错位现象,例如淄博、聊城、菏泽等地。提出通过加快建设高速公路、突出建设交通可达性短板城市、完善综合交通基础建设等发展建议,实现以点带面辐射全省。In order to promote the development of transportation construction and regional economic integration,taking Shandong Province as an example,combined with the current development status of transportation and economy,this paper constructs the regional economic scale level model and traffic accessibility model,determines different index coefficients by using the principal component analysis method and objective weighting method,and discusses the interaction between them by using the coupling coordination measurement method.The results show that the coordination between traffic accessibility and regional economic development level in Shandong Province is constantly improving.Among them,Qingdao,Yantai and Jinan are in the stage of high-quality coordination,but there are also some regional dislocation phenomena,such as Zibo,Liaocheng,Heze and so on.It is proposed to speed up the construction of expressways,highlight the construction of cities with traffic accessibility shortcomings,and improve the comprehensive transportation infrastructure,so as to radiate the whole province from point to area.
