帕金森病患者行盐酸苯海索联合吡贝地尔治疗的有效性和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨盐酸苯海索联合吡贝地尔对帕金森病的治疗效果。方法 选取2016年2月至2018年2月入住固始县人民医院的帕金森病患者90例进行研究,经随机数字表法分组处理。45例分至对照组,予以吡贝地尔,另45例分至观察组,加用盐酸苯海索,对比治疗效果、疾病严重程度、认知功能、炎症因子水平和生活质量,并对比两组药物不良反应。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组用药前疾病严重性、认知功能、炎症因子水平和生活质量一致,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),患者用药后UPDRS评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6水平更低,精神状态、认知功能、白细胞介素-10水平和生活质量评分更高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 联合使用盐酸苯海索和吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病,效果好,安全性高,可降低疾病严重程度,对认知功能均有改善作用,可调节炎症因子,提高生活质量作用明显,值得应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of benhexol hydrochloride combined with piribedil on Parkinson’s disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with Parkinson's disease who were admitted to Gushi County People's Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected for this study and grouped by random number table method.The control group were given pyribedil(N=45),and the observation group were given benhyxol hydrochloride(N=45).The therapeutic effect,disease severity,cognitive function,inflammatory factor levels and quality of life were compared,and the adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions were lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Disease severity,cognitive function,inflammatory factor levels and quality of life were consistent between the two groups before medication,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After medication,the UPDRS score,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 levels were lower,while the mental state,cognitive function,interleukin-10 level and quality of life scores were higher.There was statistical significance in comparison between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of benhexol hydrochloride and piribedil in the treatment of Parkinson‘s disease is effective and safe,which can reduce the severity of the disease,improve cognitive function,regulate inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of application.
