摘 要:“校社协同”育人模式是政治学与行政学专业顺应应用型专业建设的政策导向、满足人才市场用人需求的现实考量以及提升专业核心竞争力的内在驱动所探索出的一种高校与街道、社区协同育人的创新模式。共同体的育人理念、科层化的育人场域、双导师制的育人师资、特色化的育人课程以及多元化的育人考核是推动该模式运行的核心要素。该模式在促进政治学与行政学应用型专业建设、缓解基层治理压力以及推动政务人才培养的供给侧与需求侧相衔接方面均具有重要现实价值。然实践中,该模式仍存在育人动力疲软化、运作机制碎片化以及资源保障虚缺化等现实问题。因此,应从激发内外双动力、加强育人过程协同、强化多维资源保障等方面一一破解。“Cooperation between school and community”education mode is an innovative mode,which is explored by the majors of political science and administration to comply with the policy guidance of the construction of applied majors,it meets the practical consideration of the needs of talents in the talent market,and enhances the internal drive of the core competitiveness of the major.The core elements to promote the operation of this mode are the educational concept of the community,the bureaucratic educational field,the educational teachers of the dual tutorial system,the characteristic educational courses and the diversified educational assessment.This model has important practical value in promoting the construction of applied majors in politics and administration,relieving the pressure of grass-roots governance,and promoting the connection between the supply side and the demand side of government talent training.However,in practice,there are still some practical vulnerability problems in this model,such as the softening of educational motivation,the fragmentation of operation mechanism and the virtual lack of resource guarantee.Therefore,it should be cracked one by one from the aspects of stimulating internal and external dual motivation,strengthening the coordination of the education process,and strengthening the multi-dimensional resource guarantee.
