摘  要:为达到对铜川市耀州区一二三道沟露天采矿区域进行生态功能修复,在对矿山区域性生态地质环境问题进行调查评价分析基础上,贯彻山水林田湖是一个生命共同体的理念,突破传统矿山单一的恢复治理模式,采用3S生态地质调查技术、系统性设计理念、先进的生态恢复技术和一体化管理模式,把废弃矿山治理与生态修复、产业发展、农田开发等相结合开展综合治理,共完成生态恢复面积4.25 km^(2),新增土地增减挂钩指标53万多m^(2),成功引入航天科研产业落址,改善了矿区生态环境,促进了区域产业转型升级,逐步实现经济、生态、社会效益有机统一。并对项目实施的关键因素进行思考总结,为类似区域性矿山生态修复提供借鉴。To achieve the restoration of ecological functions in the open-pit mining area of 123 Daogou,Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,based on the investigation,evaluation,and analysis of the regional ecological and geological environmental problems of the mine,the concept of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,and grasses as a living community was implemented,which breaks through the traditional single restoration and management model of the mine.3S ecological geological survey technology,systematic design concept,advanced ecological restoration technology,and integrated management were adopted,and the management of abandoned mines with ecological restoration,industrial development,and farmland development to carry out comprehensive management was combined.A total of 4.25 km^(2) of ecological restoration area has been completed,and more than 530000 m^(2) of newly added land were linked to the increase and decrease indicators.The aerospace scientific research industry has been successfully introduced to the site,which has improved the ecological environment of the mining area,promoted the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,and gradually realized the organic unity of economic,ecological,and social benefits.The key factors in the implementation of the project were considered and summarized,to provide a reference for the ecological restoration of similar regional mines.
