摘  要:为了推进黄河流域能源与环境、经济、生态的协调发展,服务黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略,对黄河流域九省(区)能源与环境-经济-生态四元系统耦合的相互制约与促进的关系进行了分析。利用CRITIC法研究了黄河流域能源、环境、经济和生态单因素的发展水平;通过建立二元系统及四元系统耦合协调评价指标体系,分析了能源分别与环境、经济、生态二元系统耦合及四元系统耦合的时空维度的协调发展水平。结果表明:4个因素发展度变化规律在时间上呈现3个阶段性特征,总体以较慢增速逐年提升。以能源-环境为代表的二元系统耦合协调等级仍有较大的优化空间。河南、山东下游省份二元系统耦合协调情况良好,而宁夏、陕西等中部省份仍有较大的进步空间。黄河流域四元系统耦合协调度在时空上具有显著的阶段性和不平衡性,耦合协调度中、上游较高而下游最低,研究后期差异逐渐缩小。据此,提出推进产业转型、促进清洁电能消费、差别化推进区域发展、从顶层设计上做好区域协调发展等优先发展策略。In order to promote the coordinated development of energy,environment,economy and ecology in the Yellow River Basin,and to realize the national strategy of ecological protection and high⁃quality development in the Yellow River Basin,we studied the mutual restriction and promotion relationship between energy and environment⁃economy⁃ecology quaternary coupling system in the nine provinces(regions)of the Yellow River Basin.By using the method of CRITIC,the development level of single factor of energy,environment,economy and ecology in the Yellow River Basin was studied.By establishing the evaluation system of binary and quaternary coupling system,the coordinated devel⁃opment level of the binary coupling system of energy and environment,energy and economy,energy and ecology in space and time dimen⁃sion,as well as the coordination characteristics of the quaternary coupling system of energy and environment,economy and ecology in space and time dimension were analyzed.The results show that the single factors of energy,environment,economy and ecology show three stage characteristics in terms of time and the overall growth rate is increased year by year at a relatively lower rate.There is still a large space for optimization of the coupling coordination level of energy and environment.The downstream provinces,led by Henan,have a good dual cou⁃pling situation,while the central provinces,such as Ningxia and Shaanxi still have a large room for progress.The quaternary coupling coordi⁃nation degree of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin has significant stage and imbalance in time and space.The coupling coordination degree of the upper and middle reaches is higher,and the coupling coordination degree of the lower reaches is the low⁃est,but the difference gradually decreases with time.Accordingly,the priority development strategies such as industrial transformation,pro⁃moting clean power consumption,promoting regional development through differentiation and doing a good job in regional
