“体教融合”背景下北京2022年冬奥会典型个案的心理学因子分析与研究--以谷爱凌、苏翊鸣为例  被引量:1

摘  要:研究目的:以北京2022年冬奥会参赛选手谷爱凌、苏翊鸣为个案,对亲子教育、兴趣培养、动机激发等心理学因子与“学训融合”进行研究,旨在为培养学训兼优的青少年提供新思路,为“体教融合”的深入开展提供参考。研究方法:通过文献研究法,对相关心理学因子与青少年“学训融合”的研究进行梳理;通过学习强国、新华网、CCTV5、中国青年报、抖音、百度网站等平台,对谷爱凌、苏翊鸣的成长经历进行分析;通过访谈法,以北京2022年冬奥会为背景,对体育界的专家进行访谈,从心理学的角度,分析亲子关系、多元兴趣、激发动机与“学训融合”的关系。从文献分析中可以看出,我国是从“体教结合”发展到“体教融合”的,现阶段“体教融合”的重点是青少年体质健康与青少年竞技体育发展。体育体系和教育体系因政策、观念、制度、管理等因素影响仍未“有机融合”,两套体系的融合目标和最终形态暂未完全形成,北京2022年冬奥会的典型个案有力诠释了“学训融合”的必要性,也从家庭教育承载的心理学因子对“体教融合”的发展提出了思考,访谈结果表明:①良好的亲子关系,正确的家庭教育观念和方法,是青少年良好品格塑造的重要保证。②遵循个性发展特点,鼓励多元兴趣平行发展,是青少年快速成长的心理学基础。③激发内部动机,适当将外部动机与内部动机相结合,是青少年获得成功的动力源泉。结论:“体教融合”家庭参与不可或缺,培养学训兼优的青少年,须在高度重视其品格塑造及保证学业成绩的前提下,创设良好的亲子关系,充分尊重孩子个性及兴趣爱好,激发其内部动机,使“学与训”有机融合、“体与教”深度融合。建议:一是除个案研究外,可增加样本量、扩大研究范围,从不同的角度和因子对青少年的学训融合进行深入探讨;二是可将�OBJECTIVE:Case studies of Gu Ailing and Su Yiming,two athletes at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,were done,to study the psychological factors in family education,interests cultivation and motivation and also the“fusion of learning and training”,in an effort to help the cultivation of teenagers and youngsters with excellency in both learning and training,and to help the in-depth advancement of the“fusion of sports and education”.METHODS:From previous studies,relevant psychological factors and the“fusion of learning and training”of teenagers and youngsters were sorted out.The life experience of Gu Ailing and Su Yiming was analyzed,via Xuexi Qiangguo,www.xinhuanet.com,CCTV5,China Youth Daily newspaper,TikTok,www.baidu.com and other platforms.By interviewing,experts in the field of sports were interviewed against the background of the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022.From the perspective of psychology,parent-child relationship,multiple interests and motivation in relation to“fusion of learning and training”was analyzed.We find from previous research that the country has developed from a“combination of sports and education”to a“fusion of sports and education”,and that the current emphasis of“fusion of sports and education”is on the physical health of teenagers and youngsters and the development of competitive sports of teenagers and youngsters.Due to the influencing factors namely policy,mindset,system and management,an organic fusion of the sports system and the education system still have not completed.Typical cases in the 2022 Beijing Olympics are a powerful interpretation of the necessity of“fusion of learning and training”,and also provoke thoughts on the effect of family education,namely psychological factors,on the development of“fusion of sports and education”.(1)A good parent-child relationship,a correct mindset and method of family education,are the important guarantee for teenagers'good character.(2)Matching the characteristics of one’s personality and encouraging th
