摘 要:在一定的泵送频率下,混凝土泵车会出现共振现象,导致臂架末端剧烈振动,因此对整车进行模态分析很有必要;而不同姿态下的泵车,其有限元模型的建模和变姿态极其繁琐、耗时且易出错。基于HyperWorks软件进行二次开发,实现对某型号混凝土泵车不同姿态的自动调整和模态的自动化分析。通过模态分析得到整车固有频率和振型,分析不同姿态对整车模态的影响。最后通过实车试验进行对比分析,验证二次开发的有效性,为混凝土泵车的减振结构设计和有限元二次开发提供参考。At a certain pumping frequency,the concrete pump truck will have resonance phenomenon,which will cause the end of the boom to vibrate violently,so it is necessary to carry out modal analysis for the whole vehicle.For the pump truck with different attitudes,the modeling and attitude change of the finite element model is extremely cumbersome,time-consuming and error-prone.The secondary development based on the HyperWorks software,the automatic adjustment and modal analysis of different attitudes of a certain type of concrete pump truck were realized.The natural frequency and mode shape of the whole vehicle were obtained by modal analysis,the influence of different attitudes on the modal of the vehicle was analyzed.Finally,through the comparison and analysis of the actual vehicle test,the effectiveness of the secondary development was verified,which provides a reference for the design of the vibration-damping structure of the concrete pump truck and the secondary development of the finite element.
