摘　　要：高级生物化学是生物与医药专业硕士研究生的必修主干课程,对于研究生拓宽专业知识面和提高综合能力起到了重要作用。笔者基于高级生物化学课程的特点,对该课程的知识体系及内容进行了整合与优化,对教学模式、教学方法和课程评价方式等进行了改进,旨在调动学生学习的主动性,提高学生解决问题的能力,培养学生的科研素养与创新意识。Advanced Biochemistry is a compulsory course for graduate students majoring in biology and medicine,which plays an important role in broadening their professional knowledge and improving their comprehensive ability.Based on the characteristics of Advanced Biochemistry,the writer integrated and optimized the teaching content and knowledge system of the course,and improved the teaching mode,teaching method and course evaluation method.It is helpful to improve students’learning interest and problem-solving ability,and to cultivate their scientific research accomplishment and innovative thinking.
