摘　　要：职业心理素养是提升职业竞争力的必备因素,是实现就业的重要保障。高职院校将职业心理素养纳入人才培养体系,与教育目标任务相融合,贯穿职业教育的全过程,能够为高素质、高技能型人才的培养奠定基础。模块式团体心理辅导能够从职业能力、职业兴趣、职业个性、职业规划方面有效提升学生的职业心理素养。Vocational psychological quality is a necessary factor to enhance vocational competitiveness and an important guarantee to realize employment.It will lay the foundation for cultivating high-quality and highly skilled talents by introducing vocational psychological quality into the talent training system of higher vocational colleges,integrating it with education objectives and tasks,and making it run through the whole process of vocational education.Modular group counseling can effectively improve students’vocational psychological quality in terms of vocational ability,vocational interest,vocational personality and vocational planning.
