摘 要:利用热重分析、扫描电镜及电子探针分析的方法,研究了不同加热温度下15CrMo钢的晶间氧化行为。结果表明:随着加热温度的升高,15CrMo钢外层的氧化铁皮厚度逐渐增大,其晶间氧化深度呈先增大后减小的趋势;15CrMo钢晶间氧化的鼻尖温度为850℃,此时的晶间氧化深度约为12.9μm。在晶间氧化处主要是Si,Mn,Cr元素优先富集,Mo元素只能扩散到靠近基体的界面处。建议采用适当降低加热温度的方法来控制晶间氧化的形成。The intergranular oxidation behavior of 15 CrMo steel at different heating temperatures was studied by thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis.The results show that with the increase of heating temperature,the oxide scale thickness of the outer layer of 15 CrMo steel increased gradually,and the intergranular oxidation depth increased first and then decreased.The nose tip temperature of 15 CrMo steel for intergranular oxidation was 850℃,and the depth of intergranular oxidation was about 12.9μm.In the intergranular oxidation,Si,Mn and Cr element were preferentially enriched,and Mo element could only diffused to the interface near the matrix.It was suggested that the formation of intergranular oxidation should be controlled by appropriately reducing the heating temperature.
