高校精准化就业服务平台建设实证研究——以河南工学院精准化就业服务平台为例

摘　　要：为响应教育部“精准化就业服务”工作理念,河南工学院构建了一个新型的精准化就业服务平台。该平台有就业指导、就业服务管理、就业数据分析、招聘管理和校友管理五大模块组成,对应就业工作的不同环节和服务功能,彼此间又信息共享、功能互补,实现了就业指导的个性化、招聘信息推送的精准化、就业管理的便捷化和就业帮扶的精准化。In response to the Ministry of Education’s work concept of “precise employment service”, Henan Institute of Technology has built a new type of precision employment service platform. Corresponding to different links and service functions of employment work, the platform consists of five modules: employment guidance, employment service management, employment data analysis, recruitment management and alumni management, which share information and complement each other’s functions. Finally, the platform realizes the personalization of employment guidance, the accuracy of recruitment information push, the convenience of employment management and the accuracy of employment assistance.
