摘　　要：本文全面综述新疆维吾尔自治区精神障碍流行病学研究现状,采用传统综述的方法,汇总分析18篇各类精神障碍流行病学研究,报告各类精神障碍患病率为5.52‰~9.68%,女性高于男性。一项调查报告精神症状检出率36.89%。心境障碍患病率0.37‰~8.70%,心境症状检出率9.7%~60.2%;焦虑障碍患病率3.24%~3.28%,焦虑症状检出率8.1%~49.6%;精神分裂症患病率2.72‰~0.67%;痴呆患病率0.98%~5.64%;轻度认知功能障碍患病率9.79%~17.33%;失眠症状检出率41.4%~48.5%。总之,新疆精神障碍有待进行深入系统的流行病学研究。This review describes epidemiology of mental disorders in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region using traditional method of review.There are 18 studies on mental disorders available to review.It reports that the prevalence rates of mental disorders were 5.52‰-9.68%,and the prevalence was higher in female than in male.One study reported the prevalence of psychiatric symptom was 36.89%.The prevalence rates were 0.37‰-8.70%for mood disorder and 9.7%-60.2%for symptom of mood disorder,3.24%-3.28%for anxiety disor-der and8.1%-49.6%for symptom of anxiety disorder,2.72‰-0.67%for schizophrenia,0.98%-5.64%for dementia,9.79%-17.33%for mild cognitive impairment,and 41.4%-48.5%for insomnia.Therefore,it is nee-ded to carry out further systematically epidemiological study on mental disorders in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
