摘　　要：卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤(OGCT)是第二大常见的卵巢肿瘤,其中5%为恶性OGCT(MOGCT)。OGCT主要发生于15~39岁女性,发病高峰年龄为16~20岁,患者多面临肿瘤规范化治疗和保留生育功能的双重需求,临床诊治需慎重。大多数MOGCT患者可通过保留生育功能的手术或手术联合化疗达到治愈,10%~20%的患者复发,复发后仍可以通过化疗挽救。OGCT的发生机制、组织学类型及临床诊疗比较复杂,具有较大的异质性。鉴于此,中国优生科学协会肿瘤生殖学分会、中国医师协会微无创医学专业委员会妇科肿瘤学组、中国医院协会妇产医院分会妇科肿瘤专业学组、广西医学会妇产科学分会联合制定本共识,以期为OGCT的规范化诊疗提供有益借鉴。Ovarian germ cell tumor(OGCT)is the second most common ovarian tumor,of which 5%are malignant OGCT(MOGCT).OGCT mainly occurs in women aged 15-39 years,and the peak age of onset is 16-20 years old.Most patients face the dual needs of standardized tumor treatment and fertility preservation,thus clinical diagnosis and treat-ment should be particularly cautious.Most patients with MOGCT can be cured by fertility sparing surgery or a combina-tion of surgery and chemotherapy.Although 10%-20%of patients will relapse,relapsed patients can be saved with chemo-therapy.The tumorigenesis,histology,and clinical diagnosis and treatment of OGCT are complex and heterogeneous.Cancer Reproduction Branch of China Healthy Birth Science Association,Gynecologic Oncology Group of Minimally Noninvasive Medical Professional Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,Gynecologic Oncology Specialty Group of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Branch of Chinese Hospital Association,Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Guangxi Medical Association formulate this consensus jointly to provide useful reference for standardized diag-nosis and treatment of OGCT.
